I'm pretty skinny right now and am considering a litre of organic, none-sweetened soy milk a day for gains. Thoughts or experiences on this please? vegan_rossco Posted February 13, 2014 Share Posted February 13, 2014 Yep! Good idea, soy milk is high protein low fat so its a good choice, however I would say drink sweetened non organic..
