Hello everybody!

I'm a 23yo guy from Barcelona, Spain. I cannot say I'm vegan yet because I'm figuring all out, I'm redesigning my diet since I decided to take the step. But hopefully I'll have everything I need this week and I will be able to begin.

I've been lifting for 4 years now, this month is my anniversary actually.

I could say I decided to finally take the step after reading one of the Jane Goodall books. But I was already thinking it.

Hopefully I'll get tons of information from this site.

Take care! ;)

really nice to read that someone with a bit of experience in weightlifting and with a omnivore diet is thinking to change his diet.
hope you read something about essentials meals on a vegan-bodybuilding diet, if you have questions or you are confuse about something just go in the health section and start a topic, i am sure a lot of people will help you.
best wishes and welcome :D
