Need help making bikini competitor diet plan

Hi!

I am newly Vegan. I competed in one fitness show, in bikini, in the past. I would like to compete again, and do it with a Vegan plan. What Vegan proteins are ok, when you are a female competing? I have a lot of leaning out to do. Here is an example of my plan before becoming Vegan (maybe someone can tell me how to sub in Vegan protein):

 

Meal 1:

4 egg whites

1/2 cup of oatmeal

 

Meal 2:

Protein shake

 

Meal 3:

4oz of chicken or fish

1 cup greens (usually asparagus or green beans)

2oz sweet potato

 

Meal 4:

4oz of chicken or fish

1 cup greens (cooked with some coconut oil)

 

***depending on the day and how much cardio and lifting there would be a meal 5 (same as meal 4)
