So I am a former powerlifter/strongman competitor and now that I have gotten to a weight I do not like I figure think outside the box and go vegan to cut weight! I have already started, but definitely need a lot of help.

Hi NB, welcome to the community here. Try searching key word cutting in the search upper right hand corner. Its a topic that gets talked about a lot.
