So I am a former powerlifter/strongman competitor and now that I have gotten to a weight I do not like I figure think outside the box and go vegan to cut weight! I have already started, but definitely need a lot of help.

Thanks,
NB

Welcome to the group! Great to have you here.

A vegan diet is a great way to cut weight while still maintaining muscle.
