Had a busy week last week but made all my workouts and eats were on target.
Meals today
1. gf waffle , coffee /almond milk, and a shakeology bar
2. Mixed bean salad-quinoa, black beans, garbanzos, peas, corn & balsamic dressing
3. Broccoli & carrots
4. Stir fry with brown rice & protein shake
5. Post workout shake with recovery

Trained legs last night , having lower back pain for a few months now so I'm making small changes to routine to deal with the pain. Not sure whats up with that
Meals today are kind of off .. O.o

2. 2 Blood oranges, Shakeology
3. Kale, Spinach, pinto beans, broccoli
4. Spinach & Vegan sausage
5. ?
6. Post workout shake
