All I want is to get to 220lose lbs, raw muscle! That means I need to gain 25-30 lbs as of now. This is my picture 7 months ago, -30 lbs. ago and quite homely looking!

Thanks guys! I have been so dedicated and it is so releaving to finally see the results! Now I'm obsessed with it and bodybuilding is my life. I will continue onward and hopefully be ready to compete toward the end of the year.

Thanks! I need to start weak point training to balance out though. Calves, traps, triceps and forearms are kind of lagging

Waou. Impressive gain muscle. Congratulations. can you tell us about your plant based nutrition in a day. And what do you eat to keep 9% body fat. Because i can hardly grow my muscle and i store fat on abs and yet im more like an ectomorphe guy. I dont really understand whats going on in my body beacause i dont eat Junk food at all. I try different way of nutrition even the 80 / 10 /10. but nothing works really. If you can give us your plan meal a day it will be very helpful. Thanks again for your amazing pics and show us that its possible. Looking forward to having your plan vegan nutrition. and what supplements di you use ?

I signed up after seeing your progress pics.

I have been very skeptical of a vegan diet while trying to gain mass / muscle. Seeing your progress is incredible.

Could you upload a sample diet? Caloric & Protein intake daily?

Thanks in advance.
