A word to the wise. A Vegan diet is incredible. It's sustainable, and ethical. Its good for the body and soul. But we can run into vitamin/mineral defficiencies long term just as well, if not easier than omnivores. Vegan junk food and omnivore junk food is all the same. I fucked myself over pretty good. Given part of it was due to an underlying medical condition, but I did not watch my diet close enough and paid for it. I had to give up Veganism and didn't know if I'd get back here. It's been, and will be a long fight back to 100%.
