 Post subject: Can somebody critique this diet plan please?!

Not been a Vegan long, but always been into lifting/nutrition. As a 17 year old I have a super fast metabolism so aim for 3000+ kcal.

I just want someone who knows that they're on about to critique this, to see if im missing anything. Worried about Iron uptake.

Meal 1:
5 bananas

Meal 2:
6 Weetabix cereals w/ 500ml almond milk
Vegan protein shake 60g

Meal 3:
approx 200-300 cals fruit
Salad leaves w/ carrots, cucumber, pepper, celery

Meal 4:
Vegan protein shake 60g
5 bananas

Meal 5:
2 sweet potatoes w/ a little spinach

Snacks: 50g Almonds



Am i getting enough iron? Too little or too much of anything?

why not just google how much iron is recommended for you and how much is in each of the foods you are eating?

Hey Tyler,

I would suggest to increase you vegetable intake, especially cruciferous vegetables.

Do you like dried beans/lentils/split peas of any kind? If so, they would be good to add to your diet as well.

Need to match it against your workout routine. Can you state your workouts (cardio, weightlifting, classes) and when you eat these meals?
