Hi, my name is Gemma

I have an under active thyroid, fibromyalgia and mixed connective tissue disease. I'm already vegan due to food intolerances and quite like raw foods. I'm fairly active in my job but I only have limited amounts of energy.

Please can someone give me a good starting point? I eat right but not enough and when I train I go hard and then have no energy for days after which is frustrating as it's prob due to not eating enough.

My food intolerances are - wheat/gluten, lactose, meat, oats, peppers and garlic!

Pretty much live on fruit and veg. I love my nutribullet.

I have kettlebells and bow flex weights at home

I do love wine so I'm working on that habit

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks in advance

Sounds like you know your self and what you need to do pretty well. Not sure what you are looking for. You think you need to eat more, then maybe try eating more haha. Seeds are a good source of energy and nutrients, chia and flax and hemp are the best. Pumpkin and sunflower are also great.
