My name is Mary, and I've been Vegan about 10 years now.

I used to ride Dressage, but now focus on helping train people how to handle their problems more than the horse. I am starting some Weight training Vlogs and some other things.

I want to start getting back in to weights more heavily, but finding a lack of energy here lately. What is a good protein/carb/fat ratio for we Vegans for adding on some more muscle?
