Howdy. I was veggie for over 5 years, fell off the wagon for a year, but have now left the dark side. I also kind of forgot to work out, so now I've got to put myself back together. I plan to compete in various competitions (boxing, Brazilian ju-jitsu, races, weightlifting) within 2 years. I think an online journal will keep me in line and help me connect with fellow travelers who like to lift heavy stuff but aren't mean to chickens.

Workout plan


monday: full body lift
Tuesday: Cardio (fight)
Wednesday: Recovery -- yoga
Thursday: Lift
Friday: short cardio
Saturday: Full body lift & fight (maybe fight friday)
Sunday: Recover

1/2 veggie sub on whole wheat
clif builder bar
4 egg white omelette with veggies
indian dinner

exercise
5 mile walk (charity event) in am
lift -- day 2
