Photos from the Richmond Vegetarian Festival

#1 Postby robert » Mon Aug 01, 2005 11:30 am

Renee (ReneCarol25) from this forum sent me some photos from the Richmond Vegetarian Festival she just attended. She met up with fellow forum member Michael Hobson and Michael's girlfriend Josie. Renee also has a photo here of her with Erik Marcus.

If anyone else has photos from events you've attended please feel free to share them with us.....especially when you meet up with another member of this website, that is really cool!

It was cool meeting you at the festival Renee! It's always fun when online personalities come to life.

I bought Erik's book too, but haven't started reading it yet. He gave a nice talk and I agreed with everything he had to say, looking forward to the book. 8)

good photos! its great to meet people who you get to know on the net but depressing at the same time as people you would chose to hang out with on a regular basis live on the other side of the world!!

I'm thinking about getting a vegan bodybuilding and fitness table going for the Charlottesville vegetarian festival in September. http://www.cvillevegfest.org/

Maybe you could make it down for that? Or, are you still going to do the weekend personal trainer school?

hmmm...
Im actually gonna be doing the weekday program, and its near NYC. so Im gonna be moving up to Staten Island probably around the date of this festival. let me find out more about exactly when I am moving, and what kind of transportation I have. perhaps I can find a friend who would want to come down to this festival with me (since Im gonna have to sell my car before I move and wont have wheels to get around).

so i will get back to you on that one, but I would love to come if I can work out a way to

Hey guys and girls,

Please post ALL the events you know about on the Events page. I will continue to search and post more. I posted a bunch already, but there are plenty others.

Please post the links, dates, and details and I will encourage everyone to visit that section in order to do meet-ups.

Also, if anyone is interested in representing Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness or www.veganbodybuilding.com please get in touch with me and I can supply you with a box full of goodies (including brochures, supplements, t-shirts, posters, flyers, book marks, pamphlets, vegan starter packs, etc!

Tons of stuff!

So please post events and let's meet up!

-Robert
