Hey Kollision and others who chat with me on AOL Instant Messenger.......I won't be using it very much for a while because my laptop is having some issues. So I'm using a home PC and don't have AOL IM on there.

But what I'll do is this: Everytime I'm online here on this message board I'll also sign online on the new Chatroom we have on the front page of www.veganbodybuilding.com. To access it, just login with your screen name for the regular site and you should see me on there if you want to chat.

Ive been noticing that bro. Thanks for letting us know. You could download AIM even if you are not on AOL, thats what I use mate. Again thanks for letting us know.
