Will's Dip Rack
Cost: $10 for wood and nails

It's stable at my bodyweight of 185 lbs (84 kg). I haven't tested it with additional weight.

Square Wrist Roller
Cost: $10 for wood, rope, and clip

The square design allows you to get a better grip than typical round rollers. The clip allows you to connect it to a cable, dumbell, or plate

good luck with your crazy record attemp will!

say, i know that you dont train with weights much anymore, but your numbers on the strength table are pretty low in comparison to your current strength - could i peruade you to maybe try maxing out on them sometime?

Yeah my numbers on the VF strength table are old, I think from around Fall 2004. It would be fun to try to max out just to see where I am now, bu the problem is I don't have a gym membership or know anyone with weights at their house around here

Cool dip rack. I wouldn't have thought it would be stable like that. I would have thought it would need some support between the two posts higher up.

How'd the 180 chins in an hour go?

I didn't attempt to max out on chin reps on Jan. 31 because I was sick. I'm feeling better now so I'm going to attempt this weekend (Feb 4 or 5). I'll post results here after my attempt

Hey Willpeavy,

I bought a bench for home and powerblocks. Go to www.powerblock.com. Can't beat it. Terrific dumbbells; take up hardly any space.

Those look awesome. I had never heard of them before. The only bad thing is they are pricey, but still looks like a great invention for space saving
