Thanks for coming by, I think you've been hanging out with Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness for longer than anyone, since way back in the beginning of 2003.

Thanks for sticking with us and for visitng the site all the time and referring nay-sayers to the photos fo the vegan athletes on here.

yep i absolutely love the new messageboard.

I like it too, way more organized and people come easier with this type of format. Thanks Rob and Khan.

V VII Hero was the person who suggested I create this style of Forum. It seems to be working well, considering in 2 1/2 weeks we've had over 400 messages and it took an entire year on the old message board to get 400 messages posted!

So, thanks for the suggestion a few months ago Hero.........I presented the idea to Khan, my webiste friend and he and I sat down and put it together.
