while deadlifting i think i hurt my right wrist :cry: DAMN i hate this exercise!

well, haven't been working too hard I must admit - except the pullups, atm I can do 8 in a row and even 1 one-handed :P

just do them constantly and you'll improve very quickly! good luck :wink:

today I ate 800grams of lentils with potatoes chopped in, a banana, an apple,
the wonderful pizza shown below and later I'll have a huge musli with chocolate soy milk. I drank 2 litres multivitamin juice mixed with 50% water. must be around 2700 kcal...hope to break the 3000kcal barrier tomorrow!
