pushups 30
barbell bench press 27x8x1; 32x4x2
barbell bent over row 8x4x4 13x4x4
squats 27x8x2 (my best is 32 but my legs still ached from squatting on tuesday)
4 pullups (incredible haha but there was just no energy left for that :oops: )
stretching

forgot something:

my legs could easily manage to squat more than 32 kg but I'm just too weak to get the bar on my shoulder then, any ideas? :)

deadlifts 27x8x2 32x4x2 time to improve on that one
pullups: 5 again, no energy left

haha, I need to hold my cup of soy milk with two hands, otherwise I'd drop it :shock:

barbell bench press 27x8x1; 32x4x2 34,5x5x2 (decreased the repetitions here)
barbell bent over row 9,5x4x2 14,5x4x4
squats 27x5x2 I intended to do 32kg but I had trouble to push the bar over my head when finished with the 27kg squats :(
4 pullups (maybe I should use a seperate day for them, I just have no strength left in my arms after doing the main workout)
