deadlifts 27x8x2

pullups: 6

today I ate 800grams of lentils with potatoes chopped in, a banana, an apple,

the wonderful pizza shown below and later I'll have a huge musli with chocolate soy milk. I drank 2 litres multivitamin juice mixed with 50% water. must be around 2700 kcal...hope to break the 3000kcal barrier tomorrow!

pushups 30

barbell bench press 27x8x1; 32x4x2

barbell bent over row 8x4x4 13x4x4

squats 27x8x2 (my best is 32 but my legs still ached from squatting on tuesday)

4 pullups (incredible haha but there was just no energy left for that )

deadlifts 27x8x2 32x4x2 time to improve on that one

pullups: 5 again, no energy left

haha, I need to hold my cup of soy milk with two hands, otherwise I'd drop it

barbell bench press 27x8x1; 32x4x2 34,5x5x2 (decreased the repetitions here)

barbell bent over row 9,5x4x2 14,5x4x4

squats 27x5x2 I intended to do 32kg but I had trouble to push the bar over my head when finished with the 27kg squats

4 pullups (maybe I should use a seperate day for them, I just have no strength left in my arms after doing the main workout)
