i just have two dumbbells á 11 kilos...

lateral raises: 11x10x2
raises: 11x20x5 [hihi, my 2nd favorite exercise]
military press: 11x15x2 [each arm]
concentrating curls: 11x10x2 :oops: no power left :lol: [my top-favorite]

pullups: 64[ :lol: ]x8 <- the last time i tried to do pullups i just did 4/5... cool 8)
military press: 11x15x2
lateral raises: 11x20x1
concentrating curls: 11x10x3
raises: 11x20x2

crunches: 20x2

tomorrow i'll need a break :wink:

I'm sure you earned enough money in your current job so you can afford to spend 50 euros :wink:
yeah, you should rest a day between each workout to allow your muscles to grow.
