Smoked Tofu

Hey dudes, I recently ate smoked tofu and it was awesome. Also it's high in protein, has moderate fat and low carbs. I tried a variety of flavourz including regular smoked tofu, some with sesame seeds, some with almonds, some with sun flower seeds, and some with tomato + chilli. They were all nice, it's much nicer than anything I've done with just plain tofu, this stuff is the real deal and I'd recommend it to anybody. I've been eating like 200g of it a day, and now I've run out.

I'm never happy with how long it takes to smoke good smoked tofu since it wastes so much fuel..therefore I cheat and use liquid smoke...to get the same effect I've needed atleast 8hrs of smoking

I refuse to by pre flavoured tofu...its three-five times the price and fairly easy to do it on your own...the liquid smoke is worth a go....its awesome in homeade barbeque tofu
