Bench Press
Pull ups
Squats
Upright Rows
Crunches

No weightloss since the beginning but under a lot of job stress right now so I took it out on the weights. Got another 10lbs on the Bench, Squats and Rows. So apparently I am doing something after all. :wink:

Littlest one has what I had now and was running a fever all day. I am supposed to leave Thurs morning. I hope she is well by then or I won't go. :?

Ahhh, so people do read these logs. :lol:

Thanks for checking up on me VG! Training has been going really, really well. I'll post more this week, as I am updating my routine since the conference.

But I'm off to the beach tomorrow, so most likely no workout (the beach makes me sleepy). Hope it's not the last beach day this year. :(
