That is Amazing! Kollision is talking about 120-lb dumbbells in each hand for bicep curls!
I've only see one IFBB Pro Bodybuilder use 100-lb dumbbells for curls before and photos of another one doing 100s. Those athletes are Kevin Levrone and Matt Duvall, some of the strongest bodybuilders on the planet.
So for Kollision, a young vegan athlete to be doing this amount of weight is truly amazing. Some of the best bodybuilders in the world can't even touch the 100s let alone 120s!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't wait until Kollision starts wearing around his Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness shirt while lifting these weights and sends photos!
My man K-you rock dude. Best of luck with the bench press today!
Thanks bro. Sadly my bench didnt hit 475, but it did go higher. I'll talk about it in the next post I make off of this one. Thanks for the kind words and like I told you online, its really not that impressive when you factor in the weight. Also, everyone has something that they are really superb at. G-d willing I can do 150 lbs if I ever go to another gym, since 24 Hour doesnt have anyhting about 125 in dumbbells.

Being 18 and lifting all this stuff.... IMPRESSIVE!!!
Just wondering, how long you've you lived vegan? Or are you just doing a diet (in german the word "diet" is used in the sense that you do a special nutrition program for a certain amount of time)?
Also, are you working on being a bodybuilder with high definition or are you doing some kinda "strenght-sport"?
Keep up the good work!
Thanks a lot for the kind words. I have lived as a vegan for 1 year so far (although when I wasnt a vegan I was extremely weak compared to now. This is a life commitment, I don't believe in doing it just for a certain time, its a moral and ethic issue.
I am working for size and strength. I do want to have abs at 300 lbs and I know that will take many years, but that is what I am working up to.
Like I said its really not that impressive when the weight and such is factored in. Thanks a lot for the kind words though and I will try to do my best G-d Willing.
