Here's some background as to what I've been up to

305lbs Bench press

Bodywieght reps in one hour:

Dips 800
Chins 420
Press ups 2015
Squats 540
calf raises 4000
One Handed push ups 700


I've taken about a month off from my workout routine and I'm having fun doing the stuff I wanted to do but didn't have the time to because I was doing my workout routine....I've decided I'm gonna build up to the 90 day fitness challenge..I'm also giving myself the time to think about my approach and how I'm gonna get my new goals achieved.

So far I've achieved THE FLAG. (see below)

Next is the free standing handstand push up! :twisted:

It feels good for me to be able to chill and have fun with my workouts/exercises....I think it's important for me to do this so I don't get burnt out being too serious!

The weather is bad and it's raining heavy, so I decided to stay indoors and do some indoor training...I wanted to see how far I could push myself....I ended up doing 2015 push ups in one hour...it was real tough by about 1700 and I really wanted to stop...but I had to start as I meant to carry on...

Wife had to workout late so I stayed at home and did 100 burpees in 4.27 mins

Ok y'all

1st Oct....THE 90 DAY BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE BEGINS

The time is approaching for me to start getting ready for my second 90 Day Boot Camp over on my forum....

Basically ....this is for anyone that needs a total body overhaul and wants to take steps to get in shape and get started making moves towards living a healthier Raw lifestyle of their choosing/dreams....

I'm gonna be using it to get back in shape and back on track....I've got a whole bunch a work ta do.... :oops:

I am interested in joining in on this 90 day challenge.
I am 100% raw but eat no dehydrated or fancy stuff.
I am a little confused as to what to eat on your challenge?
All fruit for all your meals?

There's no rules just pursue your fitness related goals

You get out of this ...what you put in!

On a mental, physical and spiritual level this is all about re-inventing yourself and creating a new and natural you at the end of the 90 days!
