I'm going to do something different. I guess this is a process of experimentation. Mon Sep 11 Squat 225 2 x 8Leg Curls 80 2 x 8Standing Calf raise 490 x 8, 7Hanging Leg raises 1x 10, 1 x 6 This felt pretty good. Thursday or friday it will be upperbody. Perhaps not the best, but one that suits my interests and temperment. I'm sure changes will continue as I tweak more. Flat Bench Press45# x 5135 x 5185 x 5165 x 5155 x 6 Standing BB Curl45 x 565 x 565 x 565 x 7 GXP: 5min fast walk 5 min running (more than jogging, but certainly not sprintng) 5 min walk. (MWF)Four different weight workouts, so one workout gets left out each week.1. Some form of Deadlift2. Bench Press, Curl3. Some form of Squat4. Standing overhead press, and some form of row or pulldown. As I get in better condition I would like to add abs and calves on the Deadlift and Squat days. GXP after each workout. Try to take walks on other days. It's certainly in the 'tinkering stage' but I seem to be 'getting warmer' to a routine that I will enjoy and stick with for little while.
