Hi, im new on this, registered yesterday and this is my first post I think, but yea, im a vegeterian and hoping to get fit enough to join the army, i started lifting dumbells when I was 14 and stoped for a while, I'm not 15 and started lifting again about a month ago and have already got some muscle and am rather happy about that

 

I first started lifting so i could protect my self cause yano what its like when your a teenager with big boobs lol, when i go down town its like, nice boobs and am lke YEA BUT AM 15 SO SHUT UP, one day ad like to be able to punch them with out them wanted to fight back
