I've taken about a month off from my workout routine and I'm having fun doing the stuff I wanted to do but didn't have the time to because I was doing my workout routine....I've decided I'm gonna build up to the 90 day fitness challenge..I'm also giving myself the time to think about my approach and how I'm gonna get my new goals achieved.
So far I've achieved THE FLAG. (see below)

Next is the free standing handstand push up!

It feels good for me to be able to chill and have fun with my workouts/exercises....I think it's important for me to do this so I don't get burnt out being too serious!
