since july the 27th I managed to improve the main exercises:

situps 30 to 50
bench press 32kg to 42kg
squats 27kg to 27kg lol :oops:
military press 15,5kg to 27kg
deadlifts 27kg to 42kg

except for the squats I'm quite satisfied with the improvements.

is it a good idea to change some exercises? for example flyes instead of bench press etc...?!
