situps 60 I tried to do them as intense as possible

barbell bench press 27x5x2; 37x5x2 42x5x2 42kilos are still challenging :/

squats 27x8x2 37x5x2 again, I almost died ad 37kg ..maybe better to decrease weight and increase reps

barbell bent over row 17x5x4 27x5x2

Hi lelle.

 

I think your lack of progress (i just scanned your log for bench press) is because you don't work out enough.

It seems you only do 2 sets of bench press per week or even less often (Same for all other muscle groups). That is not enough! If you can't train more often than twice a week, you need more volume in each session. But more often would be better i think.

hey thanks

right, I should work out more often. do you think working out with one day rest in between is sufficient? that would be four times a week, or should I also change my workout? the problem with increased reps is that I would have to lower the weights, but maybe it would be worth the sacrifice and I'd gain strength faster.

barbell bench press 27x5x2; 37x5x2 43x5x2 failed to push the last rep...but finally did it after waiting for 2 minutes

squats 27x8x2 37x5x2 if it wouldn't be so hard to get that bar on my shoulders.....

barbell bent over row 17x5x4 27x5x2

pullups 3,2,2,2,2
