Hi lelle.
I think your lack of progress (i just scanned your log for bench press) is because you don't work out enough.
It seems you only do 2 sets of bench press per week or even less often (Same for all other muscle groups). That is not enough! If you can't train more often than twice a week, you need more volume in each session. But more often would be better i think.

hey thanks
right, I should work out more often. do you think working out with one day rest in between is sufficient? that would be four times a week, or should I also change my workout? the problem with increased reps is that I would have to lower the weights, but maybe it would be worth the sacrifice and I'd gain strength faster.
