situps 60 I tried to do them as intense as possible
barbell bench press 27x5x2; 37x5x2 42x5x2 42kilos are still challenging :/
squats 27x8x2 37x5x2 again, I almost died ad 37kg ..maybe better to decrease weight and increase reps
barbell bent over row 17x5x4 27x5x2
stretching

my legs are shaking :lol:

Hi lelle.

I think your lack of progress (i just scanned your log for bench press) is because you don't work out enough.
It seems you only do 2 sets of bench press per week or even less often (Same for all other muscle groups). That is not enough! If you can't train more often than twice a week, you need more volume in each session. But more often would be better i think.

hey thanks
right, I should work out more often. do you think working out with one day rest in between is sufficient? that would be four times a week, or should I also change my workout? the problem with increased reps is that I would have to lower the weights, but maybe it would be worth the sacrifice and I'd gain strength faster.

Yes, i think one day on, one day off would be good and you wouldn't need to change anything else. Just do that for a month and see where it takes you - i bet you'll gain strength.

I fell down a hill backwards and injured my back while landing on some evil rocks :roll: :lol:
hope I'm able to start training again when the contest starts
