jonathan
Less than 6ft really. This might seem quite tall, but I believe that it is at about this point that good squatters seem to get rarer and rarer. One exception is JP on VF who has squatted 212.5kg at about 6ft 1" and 110kg bodyweight. Jonathan
benny boy
Hi Benny, is it possible for you to video your squatting so that we can see the form. It helped me a huge amount - I think it is honestly harder for tall guys to squat 'well' than it is shorter people. The leverages are all wrong. Jonathan Sadly not I don't have the technology. I am not getting low enough still though I don't think. But I am working on it (hence not changing the weight). I am thinking I may drop the weight a little and really push to get lower in the squat.
