Hi Benny, is it possible for you to video your squatting so that we can see the form. It helped me a huge amount - I think it is honestly harder for tall guys to squat 'well' than it is shorter people. The leverages are all wrong.

Sadly not I don't have the technology.

 

I am not getting low enough still though I don't think. But I am working on it (hence not changing the weight). I am thinking I may drop the weight a little and really push to get lower in the squat.

Squats 60 kg 3 x8 (I lowered the weight to get lower, still not parallel...but I also think I may have done something to my leg dead lifting yesterday so wasn't pushing it too much.)

Chin up (-15kg) 1 x 6, 5, 4

Dips (-0kg) 2 x 8, 1 x 5 (widened my grip to target my chest more)

Military Press 35kg 1 x 5, 3, 4

Tricep Extensions 24kg 1 x 8, 2 x 6

Incline Crunches (0kg) 1 x 30, 18, 16

V-ups 3 x 18 (with medicine ball)
