Less than 6ft really. This might seem quite tall, but I believe that it is at about this point that good squatters seem to get rarer and rarer. One exception is JP on VF who has squatted 212.5kg at about 6ft 1" and 110kg bodyweight.

Sadly not I don't have the technology.

I am not getting low enough still though I don't think. But I am working on it (hence not changing the weight). I am thinking I may drop the weight a little and really push to get lower in the squat.

Squats 60 kg 3 x8 (I lowered the weight to get lower, still not parallel...but I also think I may have done something to my leg dead lifting yesterday so wasn't pushing it too much.)
Chin up (-15kg) 1 x 6, 5, 4
Dips (-0kg) 2 x 8, 1 x 5 (widened my grip to target my chest more)
Military Press 35kg 1 x 5, 3, 4
Tricep Extensions 24kg 1 x 8, 2 x 6
Incline Crunches (0kg) 1 x 30, 18, 16
V-ups 3 x 18 (with medicine ball)
