today I was able to do some light exercises like dumbbell military presses, curls and hammer curls. I hope I'll be able to do the heavy exercises (squats, deadlifts, bench press) soon. at least I didn't lose weight or muscle, but I bet I lost some strength :oops:

barbell military press: 17x5x4, 22x5x4, 27x5x2 tough!
deadlifts: 27x8x2 47x5x2
stretching

tomorrow I'll spend all day in bed crying because of sore muscles :( :wink:

barbell bench press 27x5x2; 37x5x2 42x3x2 ....lost some strength, but not too much
no squats because my legs sore like hell from deadlifting :oops:
barbell bent over row 17x5x4 27x5x4
stretching

not too bad, did some biceps curls and hammer curls as well
time for a shake and a shower :wink:

deadlifts: 29,5x8x2 49,5x5x2 not really hard
pull-ups 3+2+2 (now, that's where I lost strength :? )
stretching

alltogether I'm quite happy with the workout :D
