OK, this started off as the Spring Challenge Journal, but I kinda fell off the wagon on that. So instead of starting over, I'm just going to continue on here.
I still have the same goals as below, with the weight and inches a bit modified. I'm aiming for 30 pounds by the end of the year and then I'll evaluate from there

Fitness goals: Gymmie aka Sandie – Dallas, TX
Vegan since Jul 2006
Age: 37 (well I'm 36 but will be 37 in a couple of weeks so we'll just round up!)
Goals:
*Lose 60 pounds
*Lose 50 inches
*Obtain visible muscle
*Break men's necks as they do a double take--not due to how large I am but how HAWT I am!
Maintain workout program for 6 months (January – July) =
*3 days per week strength training (a combo of Tae Bo strength workouts and Jari Love)
*5-7 days per week = cardio (mostly Tae Bo/Turbo Jam)
*Contioning 1-2 times a week
*Additional abs at least 1x week
*Work up to 100 push ups
*Continue to drink 128 ounces minimum of water every day...ESPECIALLY Weekends
Current weight: 243.8
Desired weight: 183 (for contest..actual goal weight lower)
