Hey all, thought it would be good to post my training stuff. Advice is always welcome!

 

Yesterday's stuff:

 

Squats: 50kg x10

Leg extensions: 22kg x10

Leg curls: 22kg x10

D.B. pullover: 22kg x10 x10

Arnold press: 12kg x10 x12

D.B. bent over rows: 28kg x10

D.B. bench press: 18kg x10 x10

D.B. biceps curls: 10kg x10 x10 x7

One arm triceps extensions: 8kg x10

Pull-ups: x7 x5 x3

Dips: +10kg x16 x11

One leg calf raises: 28kg x12

Abs

 

Should use more weight with all the leg stuff, arnold press and biceps curls. When I get to 20 dips with 10kg I'll add 5.

Just finished this, left some stuff out cause I have to go but will probably do some ab stuff in the evening.

 

Squats: 54Kg x10

D.B. pullovers: 22kg x10 x10

Arnold press: 14kg x10 x7

D.B. bent over rows: 28kg x10

D.B. bench press: 18kg x10 x10

D.B. biceps curls: 12kg x10 x8

Pull-ups: x5 x5 x5 x7

Dips: +10kg x20 x13

One leg calf raises: 28kg x12

Thanks for the info, are you sure thats not to much tho?

I tried front squats and it was hard keeping the bar up there properly.

 

 

Squats: 50kg x10 x10

Front squats: 40kg x6

D.B. pullovers: 24kg x10 x10

Arnold press: 14kg x10 x9

D.B. bent over row: 28kg x10

D.B. bench press: 18kg x10 x13

D.B. biceps curls: 12kg x10 x9

Dips: +15kg x13 x8

1 leg calf raises: 28kg x12

Abs

 

Happy about the benching, next time 20kg or find some 0.5kg thingys to hang on my d.b.'s.

Haven't done any work for almost 2 weeks..... got back into it a couple of days ago.

Changed my workout a bit, 2 day split, torso day and arm&leg day.

 

Today:

 

D.B. bench press: 22kg x8 x8

D.B. pullover: 24kg x8 x8

Incline D.B. bench: 20kg x6 x6

Bent over row: 24kg x8 x8

D.B. Shoulder press: 14kg x8 x7

B.B. upright row: 30kg x8 x8

Pull-ups: x8 x7

Dips: +17kg x8 x10

Abs

Been sick so no training for about a week:(

Did some stuff the 9th, 10th and 11th. Still did not feel good but I had to do something!

Incline d.b. bench: 20kg x8 x7

Bent over row: 28kg x8 x8

D.B. shoulder press: 16kg x8 x5

D.B. lateral raises: 6kg x10 x10 first time I try these

Pull-ups: x8 x8

Dips: none, wet outside - no grip-to wet, fooled around a bit with b.b. bench press.

No dips again cause of weather... some b.b. bench instead.

Gotta get a dip thingy so I can do them inside!
