today I was able to do some light exercises like dumbbell military presses, curls and hammer curls. I hope I'll be able to do the heavy exercises (squats, deadlifts, bench press) soon. at least I didn't lose weight or muscle, but I bet I lost some strength
barbell military press: 17x5x4, 22x5x4, 27x5x2 29,5x4x1 new pb, I couldn't finish the 5th rep, though....
deadlifts: 29,5x8x2 49,5x5x2 not really hard
pull-ups 3+2+2 (now, that's where I lost strength )
