today I was able to do some light exercises like dumbbell military presses, curls and hammer curls. I hope I'll be able to do the heavy exercises (squats, deadlifts, bench press) soon. at least I didn't lose weight or muscle, but I bet I lost some strength

barbell bench press 27x5x2; 37x5x2 42x3x2 ....lost some strength, but not too much

no squats because my legs sore like hell from deadlifting

barbell bent over row 17x5x4 27x5x4

stretching

 

not too bad, did some biceps curls and hammer curls as well

time for a shake and a shower

barbell military press: 17x5x4, 22x5x4, 27x5x2 29,5x4x1 new pb, I couldn't finish the 5th rep, though....

deadlifts: 29,5x8x2 49,5x5x2 not really hard

pull-ups 3+2+2 (now, that's where I lost strength )

alltogether I'm quite happy with the workout

better than I thought, I managed to complete everything I intended to do. my arms and legs are shaking

barbell military press: 17x5x4, 22x5x4, 27x5x2 29,5x5x1 next time 29x5 instead of 27,5

 

deadlifts: 29,5x8x2 57x5x2 easy, but there was some ugly pungent pain in my lower back..

 

pull-ups 3+2+2 still very very bad - maybe I should do them every morning?!

barbell bench press 27x5x2; 37x5x2 43x5x2 (I added 1kilo)

squats 27x8x2 37x5x2 nice

barbell bent over row 17x5x4 27x5x4 more weight next time

pullups 3+2+2

yeah, that's why I worked out nonetheless

hope you feel better soon!

 

I might do some bodyweight stuff today and tonight, I've put on like 6 pounds so far this month though thanks for your contest, Thanks man.
