Topher's training journal

mon-chest, biceps

tues- legs (quads, hams, calves)

wed- rest

thurs- back, traps, abs

fri- rest

sat- shoulders, triceps

sun- rest


4 days on, 3 days off. since starting this week. ive noticed great results.

Can you post what you do? weight? sets? reps? and what exercises?

ehh it varies a lot, especially the weight. but yeh starting next week, i will take a notepad with me when I lift, and record what I do. I'm working around some knee injuries, and an arm injury, so the weight i lift is pretty light right now. and Im focusing on strengthening my weaker muscles. but no problem. a detailed log will be up at the end of next week.
