ehh it varies a lot, especially the weight. but yeh starting next week, i will take a notepad with me when I lift, and record what I do. I'm working around some knee injuries, and an arm injury, so the weight i lift is pretty light right now. and Im focusing on strengthening my weaker muscles. but no problem. a detailed log will be up at the end of next week.
