barbell incline bench press 17x5x2, 27x5x2; 37x5x3 quite tough compared to regular bench presses!

squats 37x5x2 47x5x2 7 kilos more than my personal best, YAY! :)

barbell bent over row 27x5x2 32x5x2

crunches 60

stretching

intense! :P
