need help to get good programe

hey, i want to have a good running program with some very basic toning ideas to.

basicaly i want to lose weight and tone my tum,and legs.

i want a easy to follow plan, a few excercises and running.

i tried my local gym and he told me like 20 different things to do which put my off instantly!!!!

 

any one have any ideas?

 

i was thinking of 30 mins running 4x a wk plus some squats and light weight excercises.
