*buuuhuuhuuu* I wish I could have this burger RIGHT NOW! I have such a ravenous appetite for something like that... Burger, falafel, sausages, noodle casserole with soy ground meat.... give it to meeeeeeee!!! *hmpf*

barbell military press: 7x10x3; 17x5x3, 22x5x3, 29,5x5x3 hard but no trouble

deadlifts: 37x8x2 67x5x2 tough

some hammercurls, front raises and bizeps curls

pullups 2+1+1 well, too exhausted to do more....

crunches 60

stretching

barbell incline bench press 17x5x2, 27x5x2; 37x5x3 quite tough compared to regular bench presses!

 

squats 37x5x2 47x5x2 7 kilos more than my personal best, YAY!

 

barbell bent over row 27x5x2 32x5x2

 

crunches 60

 

stretching

 

intense!
