need help to get good programe

hey, i want to have a good running program with some very basic toning ideas to.
basicaly i want to lose weight and tone my tum,and legs.
i want a easy to follow plan, a few excercises and running.
i tried my local gym and he told me like 20 different things to do which put my off instantly!!!!

any one have any ideas?

i was thinking of 30 mins running 4x a wk plus some squats and light weight excercises.

Hi kel.

Can you give us some more info first?
How old are you, bodyweight, height, what does your previous exercise look like and so on.

It's a good idea to combine running with weights in order to get fit and lose fat.
No one said it would be easy.

im 25 next month im 5 ft 7 inchs i usually walk ALOT and do some light weights, thats all really im just getting into fitness really.

oh and i weight about 11 st 5 ibs a little heavy really
