Hey!
I get a crisis. I tried to send you a message several times but it does not work. I don't know why.
So I copy my text in this thread. I'm sorry for the others that it's in German but it's too late for me to translate that .

That's what I wanted to send to you:

"Also ich habe schon einen Tag später Antwort auf meine Anfrage bekommen. Sie lief wie folgt ab:

Hallo!
Ja, das ist mir schon klar.
Aber so weit ich weiß, kann dieses sowohl tierischen als auch pflanzlichen
Ursprungs sein kann. Und das wäre für mich (und einige andere Veganer)
interessant.

Gruß

training:
warmup +stretching
bench press 100kgx7 yeahhhhh baby
dips bw+13kgx10
pullups bw+13kgx8
cable seated row 80kgx8
shoulder press 55kgx8
30 push ups mhmm i used to make 40-50 easily , maybe the new weight?

It might also be that you are doing the pushups after Benching 100kg's and doing Dips. Both of which will work the chest.
Have you ever loved someone so much you didn't care what happened to yourself?
You Just had to be with them.
If they look at you, your heart stops.
If you feel their breath on your skin, you just ache.
Have you ever craved someone so much you didn't exist anymore?
