Ninja Training Log Vol.2

#1 Postby Richard » Thu May 24, 2007 1:23 pm

Okay, time to get serious again.

Today, I was using my mini trampoline whilst playing the PS2. I tell you, it was the best thing ever, excluding things which are better. It kept me motivated for a long time, I will try to do it more often.

Anyway, new log, and hopefully more progress this time.

I think you are on to something. :D

When I was in florida in february, I saw recumbent stationary bikes that had to be used for the game system to activate. :D

Your idea is better, as it takes more coordantion, whcih a ninja would need. :D

Good to see you starting a log. It seems you haven't been here as much as you used to which kinda sucks :D

No I wasn't wearing my ninja mask in that video. If you'd like to see me jumping on a trampoline in my ninja costume, let me know!

Alright! Been raw today, 100% been eating apples, banna, grapes, dates, celery and water. Also did quite a lot of working out, lots of bouncing on the tramp, bicep curls, shoulder raises, press ups, lunges, and calf raises. Need to go to the shops tomorrow to get some more raw food.
