Arm Day (or rest day from bench, squat and deadlift)

I thought about squatting, but my gluteus were still a little sore from deadlifting Tuesday.

 

EZ Preacher Curls.

My sore elbow felt ok using a wide grip on the curls.

Still made a pop everytime towards the bottom of the movement.

But no real pain.

 

I had somebody touch my elbow as I straighten it.

She said "ewww" when it popped

 

Also wrist curls, both forward and reverse.

Should have been squat night.

But I've got the deadlift bug, so that's what I did.

 

Raised my max from 245x6 to 255x6

Definite improvement.

Next time 265x6

 

Also did shrugs, rows, and pulldowns.

It was 100 degrees here today, didn't feel much like burning up the treadmill.

My back hurts pretty bad today.

Not really sore, but a very sharp pain if I bend over.

I might have overdone it last night deadlifting.

Or possibley bad form.

I think I'll drop back on the weights and concentrate on form.

Higher reps / less weight.

I'm still very new to deadlifting, this was maybe my 7th workout.
