10:00 - orange
12:00 - veggie stir fry
6:00 - watermelon, honeydew, peach
8:00 - a little back work: deadlift, rows, shrugs, pulldowns
9:00 - 461 calories on treadmill
10:30 - an orange
921 calories for the day
10783 calories for the month
I've been slacking to only 2 treadmills per day.
My dad came to town Monday, but I'll pick it back up to 3 a day soon.

Jumping Rope is another great way to burn some calories, unfortunately it doesn't have a counter for you to keep track, but this looks awesome, and I'm glad you're doing so well.
