6:00 - watermelon, honeydew, peach

8:00 - a little back work: deadlift, rows, shrugs, pulldowns

9:00 - 461 calories on treadmill

10:30 - an orange


921 calories for the day
10783 calories for the month

I've been slacking to only 2 treadmills per day.
My dad came to town Monday, but I'll pick it back up to 3 a day soon.

Jumping Rope is another great way to burn some calories, unfortunately it doesn't have a counter for you to keep track, but this looks awesome, and I'm glad you're doing so well. :D

4:30 - 2 pieces of homemade raw banana bread.

7:00 - 2 pieces of homemade raw banana bread.

9:00 - 2 bananas

9:30 - 650 calories on treadmill


1720 calories for the day
15950 calories for the month

I decided to program the treadmill for my weight today, it defaults to 150 pounds.
Now it displays more calories burned per minute than before.

So now I'm going to up my goal to 35,000 calories for the month.

I was able to buy new smaller waist pants today.
It felt really good to be able to fit into smaller pants.
