Now it should be easy, less than 1000 calories per day is all I need.

Yet you are averaging more anyway

 

I think you need to set a higher number next time! Excellent.

Went over 30,000 during this evening's walk.

Closing in on 35K now.

 

I got what I consider a compliment today.

A lady in an office I was working at said I was too young to remember the word groovy.

I told her that I'm older than I look and asked her how old she thought I was.

One man in the office said 28.

She said 30 because I said I was older than I look.

Can't wait until I get thinner and look younger

 

I have noticed a few spots where my skin is better than a few months ago.

Awesome man! Being sexy to the point of irresistability is one of the more positive things veganism will bring. And treadmilling.

I'm still a little resistable, but that will change soon.

The skin changes might be due to the high raw diet.
